For Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser filled with the manufacturer-recommended amount of water. Diffuse intermittently in a spacious, well-ventilated room.

For Morning Diffusion: Add 3–4 drops to a diffuser while preparing for the day, exercising or beginning your morning routine.

For Work or Study: Diffuse 2–3 drops in a well-ventilated workspace to create a fresh and focused aromatic environment.

For Personal Inhalation: Add 1–2 drops to a personal aromatherapy inhaler. Inhale gently as desired. Do not apply the undiluted blend inside or directly beneath the nostrils.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1 drop in at least 10 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to a small area of skin.

For Massage: Add 2–3 drops to 30 ml of jojoba, sweet almond, fractionated coconut or another suitable carrier oil. Apply only to areas that will remain protected from direct sunlight.

For Post-Activity Massage: Dilute 2–3 drops in 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto tired or overworked areas.

For Shower Aromatherapy: Add 2–3 drops to a shower steamer or damp washcloth placed away from direct skin contact and the main water stream.

For Bath Use: Mix 1–2 drops thoroughly with a prepared bath base or suitable cosmetic solubiliser before adding to warm bathwater. Never add the undiluted blend directly to the bath.

Always dilute conservatively and perform a patch test before first use. Rosemary, Lemon and Peppermint oils are highly concentrated and may cause irritation, burning, dryness or allergic sensitisation when used improperly.

Cold-pressed or expressed Lemon Essential Oil may increase the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight and ultraviolet radiation. Avoid direct sunlight, tanning beds and other ultraviolet exposure on the application area for at least 12 hours after topical use.

The sunlight warning may be adjusted only when the Lemon Oil is specifically documented as steam-distilled, furocoumarin-free or otherwise non-phototoxic. Follow the supplier’s current batch documentation and applicable IFRA certificate.

People with allergies or sensitivities to plants from the Asteraceae family should use Helichrysum-containing products with additional caution.

Avoid contact with the eyes, face, inner ears, nostrils, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.

Do not apply on or near the face, nose, chest or neck of infants and young children. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Avoid applying to broken, inflamed, freshly shaved or highly sensitive skin. Do not combine topical applications with heating pads, hot-water bottles or tightly covered dressings.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, while taking medication or if you have epilepsy, asthma, allergies, sensitive skin or another medical condition.

Use diffusers intermittently in a spacious, well-ventilated room. Allow children and pets to move away from the aromatic area.

Discontinue use if redness, burning, itching, coughing, headache, dizziness or breathing discomfort occurs.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry and dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames.
