SHIPPING DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Dispatch:

India orders are dispatched within 1 working day from Chandigarh, India through the best suitable courier service providers for the customer location. Same day dispatch cut off time is 10:30 am.

During busy periods it may take longer to process your order.

International orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the orders.

Delivery:

Estimated delivery for orders from India 2-5 business days depending upon the distance from the place of dispatch (Chandigarh). Get free shipping and returns for all India retail customers. You can check the return policy for each product on the product page.

Please note that delivery may be affected over the holidays at destination of dispatch and destination of delivery.

We have limited liability for delivery of each customer orders. Incase customer do not receive the order, you can write an email to us at sm@salc.in

We will investigate your delayed or undelivered shipment with our courier service partners and compensations for the same will be decided by company.

EU Customers

We are now able to offer customs & duties paid shipping service to our European customers with every order. We cannot currently ship to Spain direct from the India due to customs restrictions.  We cannot ship to Portugal using economy shipping as we have experienced customs issues so we can only offer duty paid express shipping over $ 100.

USA / Canada & Rest of the world

Economy International Delivery Service: 

Please let us know if your package doesn’t arrive within 21 days of placing your order. If your package does not arrive within this time frame, we will investigate and advise you on the next steps.

Returns Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: care@forestclay.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
