For Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin.

For Massage: Add 4–6 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the body.

For Hair and Scalp Care: Add 2–3 drops to 15 ml of jojoba, coconut, argan or another suitable carrier oil. Massage gently into the scalp and wash thoroughly after use.

For Facial Care: Add 1 drop to 10 ml of a suitable facial oil or unscented skincare base. Perform a patch test before application.

For Bath Use: Mix 3 drops thoroughly with a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base before adding to warm bathwater. Never add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath.

For Evening Rituals: Diffuse alone or combine with Lavender, Cedarwood, Bergamot or Frankincense to create a calm and comforting atmosphere.
