For Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser filled with the manufacturer-recommended amount of water. Diffuse intermittently in a well-ventilated room.

For Meditation: Diffuse alone or combine with Frankincense, Sandalwood, Cedarwood or Lavender during meditation, yoga, prayer or quiet reflection.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5–10 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin.

For Facial Care: Add 1 drop to 10–15 ml of jojoba, rosehip, argan or another suitable facial carrier oil. Apply sparingly to clean skin after performing a patch test.

For Massage: Add 3–5 drops to 30 ml of sweet almond, jojoba, fractionated coconut or another suitable carrier oil.

For Personal Fragrance: Add 1–2 drops to 10 ml of jojoba oil or a suitable perfume base. Apply sparingly to pulse points after performing a patch test.

For Natural Perfumery: Use sparingly as a warm resinous base note in botanical perfumes, attars, solid perfumes and incense-inspired fragrance compositions.

For Bath Use: Mix 1–2 drops thoroughly with a suitable cosmetic solubiliser or prepared bath base before adding to warm bathwater. Never add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath.

For Home Fragrance: Add a few drops to aroma stones, potpourri or appropriately formulated candles, wax melts and room-fragrance products.

When the Oil Thickens: Myrrh Essential Oil may naturally become more viscous over time or at cooler temperatures. Warm the tightly closed bottle gently between your hands or place it briefly in lukewarm water. Do not use boiling water, direct flame or excessive heat.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry and dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Natural thickening or resinous sediment may occur and does not necessarily indicate deterioration.
