For Aromatherapy: Add 1–2 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water. Diffuse intermittently in a well-ventilated room.

For Diffuser Blends: Combine 1 drop with gentler oils such as Sweet Orange, Bergamot, Cedarwood, Frankincense or Lavender.

For Topical Use: Dilute no more than 1 drop in 10 ml of a suitable carrier oil. Apply only to a small area after performing a patch test.

For Massage: Add 1–2 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the desired area.

For Home Fragrance: Use sparingly in appropriately formulated candles, wax melts, potpourri, aroma ornaments and room sprays.

For Natural Perfumery: Add in very small quantities to professionally formulated spicy, woody, oriental or gourmand fragrance compositions.

For Bath Use: Direct use in bathwater is not recommended because Clove Bud Oil may irritate or sensitise the skin.

Clove Bud Oil is highly concentrated and naturally rich in eugenol, which may cause skin irritation, sensitisation or an allergic reaction when used improperly. Always use a very low dilution and perform a patch test before first use.

Avoid contact with the eyes, face, nostrils, inner ears, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas. Do not apply to broken, irritated or highly sensitive skin.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid use around babies and young children. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, while taking medication or if you have a medical condition.

People taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, those with bleeding disorders, or anyone preparing for surgery should seek professional medical advice before topical or aromatic use.

Do not use as a substitute for professional dental or medical treatment. Do not apply undiluted oil directly to the gums, mouth or teeth.

Discontinue use if redness, burning, irritation, coughing, headache, dizziness or breathing discomfort occurs. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry and dark place away from heat, sparks and open flames.
