For Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water.

For Uplifting Diffusion: Combine 2 drops of Grapefruit Oil with Bergamot, Peppermint, Rosemary or Lavender Essential Oil to create a bright and refreshing atmosphere.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1 drop in 5–10 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. Avoid sunlight and ultraviolet exposure after application.

For Massage: Add 3–4 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the body. Use only on areas that will remain protected from sunlight.

For Facial Care: Add no more than 1 drop to 15 ml of a suitable facial carrier oil or unscented skincare base. Evening application is preferable.

For Hair and Scalp Care: Add 2–3 drops to 15 ml of coconut, jojoba, argan or another suitable carrier oil. Massage gently into the scalp and wash thoroughly after use.

For Bath Use: Mix 2–3 drops thoroughly with a suitable bath base or cosmetic solubiliser before adding to warm bathwater. Never add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath.

For Home Fragrance: Add a few drops to aroma stones, potpourri or appropriately formulated candles, wax melts, linen sprays and room-fragrance products.

For external and aromatic use only. Do not ingest. Never apply undiluted Grapefruit Essential Oil directly to the skin.

Cold-pressed or expressed Grapefruit Essential Oil may increase the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight and ultraviolet radiation. For leave-on products, follow the current batch-specific IFRA certificate and avoid direct sunlight, tanning beds and other ultraviolet exposure on the application area for at least 12 hours after use.

Always dilute appropriately and perform a patch test before first use. Avoid contact with the eyes, inner ears, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas.

Do not apply to broken, inflamed, freshly shaved or highly sensitive skin. Discontinue use if redness, irritation, itching or discomfort occurs.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, while taking medication or if you have allergies, sensitive skin or a medical condition.

Use diffusers in a well-ventilated area and allow children and pets to move away from the aroma.

Citrus essential oils can oxidise after prolonged exposure to air, light or heat, which may increase the risk of skin sensitivity. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry and dark place away from heat, sparks and open flames.
