For Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser filled with the manufacturer-recommended amount of water.

For Bedtime Rituals: Diffuse 3–4 drops in the bedroom for a short period before bedtime, or blend with Cedarwood, Frankincense or Bergamot Essential Oil.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin.

For Facial Care: Add 1 drop to 10 ml of jojoba, argan, rosehip or another suitable facial carrier oil. Apply sparingly to clean skin after performing a patch test.

For Massage: Add 4–6 drops to 30 ml of sweet almond, jojoba, fractionated coconut or another suitable carrier oil.

For Hair and Scalp Care: Add 2–3 drops to 15 ml of coconut, jojoba or argan oil. Massage gently into the scalp and wash thoroughly after the desired application time.

For Bath Use: Mix 2–3 drops thoroughly with a suitable bath base or cosmetic solubiliser before adding to warm bathwater. Never add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath.

For Home Fragrance: Add a few drops to aroma stones, potpourri or appropriately formulated candles, wax melts, pillow sprays, linen sprays and room-fragrance products.

Always dilute appropriately and perform a patch test before first use. Although lavender is generally considered a gentle aromatic oil, naturally occurring fragrance constituents may cause irritation or allergic sensitisation in susceptible individuals.

Avoid contact with the eyes, inner ears, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas. Do not apply to broken, inflamed, freshly shaved or highly sensitive skin.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, while taking medication or if you have allergies, sensitive skin or a medical condition.

Use diffusers intermittently in a spacious, well-ventilated room. Allow children and pets to move away from the aromatic area.

Discontinue use if redness, itching, headache, coughing or discomfort occurs. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry and dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames.
