For Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser filled with the manufacturer-recommended amount of water. Begin with a small quantity because Peppermint Oil has a powerful aroma.

For Energising Diffusion: Combine 2 drops of Peppermint Oil with Lemon, Rosemary, Eucalyptus or Grapefruit Essential Oil for a fresh and stimulating atmosphere.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1 drop in 5–10 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to a small area of skin.

For Massage: Add 2–3 drops to 30 ml of jojoba, sweet almond, fractionated coconut or another suitable carrier oil. Massage gently onto the desired areas.

For Hair and Scalp Care: Add 1–2 drops to 15 ml of coconut, jojoba, argan or another suitable carrier oil. Massage gently into the scalp, avoid the face and eyes, and wash thoroughly after the desired application time.

For Post-Activity Care: Add 2 drops of Peppermint Oil and 2 drops of Lavender, Cypress or Eucalyptus Essential Oil to 30 ml of carrier oil for a refreshing massage blend.

For Personal Inhalation: Add 1 drop to a personal aromatherapy inhaler. Do not apply the undiluted oil inside or immediately beneath the nostrils.

For Bath Use: Mix 1 drop thoroughly with a prepared bath base or suitable cosmetic solubiliser before adding to warm bathwater. Direct bath use may feel excessively cold or cause irritation, so use conservatively.

For Home Fragrance: Add a few drops to aroma stones, potpourri or appropriately formulated candles, wax melts and room sprays.

Peppermint Oil is highly concentrated and has an intense cooling effect. Excessive use may cause skin irritation, burning, discomfort or sensitivity. Always dilute conservatively and perform a patch test before first use.

Avoid contact with the eyes, face, inner ears, nostrils, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas. Wash hands thoroughly after handling the oil.

Do not apply on or near the face, nose, chest or neck of infants and young children. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Use diffusers intermittently in a spacious, well-ventilated room where children and animals can move away from the aroma.

Avoid use on broken, inflamed, freshly shaved or highly sensitive skin. Do not combine with external heat sources, heating pads or tightly covered applications, as this may intensify discomfort.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, while taking medication or if you have asthma, epilepsy, allergies, sensitive skin or another medical condition.

Discontinue use if redness, burning, coughing, headache, dizziness, breathing discomfort or irritation occurs.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry and dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames.
