For Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water. For Meditation: Diffuse alone or combine with Frankincense, Sandalwood, Cedarwood or Myrrh during meditation, yoga or quiet reflection. For Topical Use: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin.
