Forest Clay is operated by the seller identified in our seller information. These terms apply to direct consumer purchases from this website. A separate signed agreement may govern wholesale transactions. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Before ordering, check the product name, volume or quantity, ingredients, intended use, cautions, availability and returnability notice. Botanical materials can vary naturally in colour and aroma; this does not excuse a product that is unsafe, defective or materially different from its description. Screen colours and styled photographs are illustrative. Specific descriptions, quantities and express product commitments still apply.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your order before payment. An acknowledgment confirms that we received your request. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment for it. We will not make a material substitution or charge an increased price without your agreement.

The checkout identifies your payment currency, goods, discounts, delivery and taxes collected by us. Additional import charges are explained in our international policy. Apparent pricing or stock errors will be explained before acceptance; you may accept the corrected offer or receive a refund. See payments and delivery.

Protect your login details and tell us if your account may have been compromised. Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful purchases, malicious code, harassment or interference with other customers. We may restrict misuse proportionately, without preventing access to order records, complaint handling or lawful refunds. Purchases must be made by a person legally able to enter the transaction or with appropriate adult authority.

Our returns policy and regional supplement form part of these terms. We remain responsible for obligations the law places on a seller. We do not exclude liability for fraud, legally non-excludable injury, product liability or mandatory guarantees. Advice and editorial content do not replace the product label or individual professional advice.

Contact customer care first if something is wrong; you may also approach a competent regulator, ombudsman or court without first exhausting our process. The laws that mandatorily protect your purchase and your right to use competent local courts are preserved.
