Product prices use the selected display currency. International prices can include a store-set international adjustment and conversion rate; they may differ from a bank spot rate. Confirm the final currency and total at checkout. The total shows item prices, discounts, delivery and taxes collected by us. Separately payable customs charges are explained before international orders.
Payment Methods and Confirmation
Only enabled providers supporting your country and currency appear at checkout. Your payment provider handles payment credentials under its own terms. A provider authorization can temporarily reserve funds; payment confirmation and dispatch confirmation are separate events. Cash-on-delivery or bank-transfer instructions apply only when offered for your order.
Unsuccessful, Pending or Duplicate Payments
Check your order status before retrying a payment. If a debit appears without confirmation, contact us with the order reference, amount, date and provider reference. We will reconcile the payment and arrange any amount due back. Never share your PIN, password, full card details, security code or one-time password with customer care.
Offers, Errors and Refunds
Offer eligibility is checked at checkout. An undisclosed additional fee will not be added after purchase without a lawful basis and your agreement where required. Material errors will be explained with the option of a lawful cancellation and refund. Refunds follow our returns policy; exchange-rate movements or bank fees do not change a mandatory refund obligation.
