Delivery is offered only where a service is available for the selected address and goods. Destination restrictions can apply to aromatic liquids, plant-derived materials, cosmetics, electrical products or quantities. If we cannot lawfully fulfil an accepted order, we will explain and provide an appropriate refund. A destination restriction does not remove remedies for an error attributable to us.

Unless checkout expressly says destination duties and import taxes are included, these may be collected from the recipient by customs or the carrier. The order total identifies taxes and delivery collected by Forest Clay; it does not represent a guarantee of duty-paid delivery. Your customs authority can explain thresholds and import requirements. We do not understate invoice values or describe purchases as gifts to avoid duties.

The payment currency appears at checkout. Your bank may use its own exchange rate and fees. Shipping restrictions, local labelling and product registration requirements vary; contact us before placing an unusual or bulk order. We provide truthful shipping documents and reasonable assistance with clearance queries.

Customs processing can affect delivery, but mandatory seller obligations remain. If you refuse charges properly disclosed before purchase, we will explain any reasonable, legally recoverable return costs. We will not automatically retain the entire purchase price. For a return, request instructions so the parcel is declared correctly as returned goods. Separately collected customs charges may need to be reclaimed from the authority that collected them.

The regional consumer rights supplement takes priority over a less favourable store term where local law requires it. Products, claims, translations and labelling must suit the destination; language availability on this website does not itself establish regulatory approval.
