    Este popular aceite esencial de cítricos es bien conocido por su uso en las industrias de perfumes y alimentos, pero no lo confundas con otras bergamotas comúnmente nombradas, como el bálsamo de abeja ( Monarda didyma ) o la menta de bergamota ( Mentha citrata ).     Directions for use

    For Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water.

    For Massage: Add 4–6 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the body.

    For Bath Use: Mix 3–4 drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base before adding to warm bathwater. Do not add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath.

    For Home Fragrance: Add a few drops to potpourri, aroma stones or suitable natural cleaning and room-freshening formulations.
