For Aromatherapy: Add 1–3 drops to a diffuser filled with the manufacturer-recommended amount of water. Begin with one drop because Rose Essential Oil has a concentrated aroma. For Relaxing Diffusion: Combine 1 drop of Rose Oil with Lavender, Bergamot, Sandalwood, Geranium or Frankincense Essential Oil. For Topical Use: Dilute 1 drop in 5–10 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. For Facial Care: Add 1 drop to 15 ml of jojoba, rosehip, argan or another suitable facial carrier oil. Apply sparingly to clean skin after performing a patch test. For Body Oil: Add 2–3 drops to 30 ml of sweet almond, jojoba, fractionated coconut or another suitable carrier oil. For Massage: Add 2–4 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the body. For Personal Fragrance: Add 1–2 drops to 10 ml of jojoba oil or an appropriate perfume base. Apply sparingly to pulse points after performing a patch test. For Bath Use: Mix 1 drop thoroughly with a prepared bath base or suitable cosmetic solubiliser before adding to warm bathwater. Never add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath. For Natural Perfumery: Use sparingly as a luxurious floral heart note in botanical perfumes, attars, roll-on fragrances, solid perfumes and scented balms. When the Oil Thickens: Rose Otto may naturally thicken or partially crystallise at cooler temperatures. Warm the tightly closed bottle gently between your hands or place it briefly in lukewarm water. Do not use boiling water, direct flame or excessive heat.
