100% Pure Bergamot Essential Oil Botanical Name: Citrus bergamia Plant Part: Peel Extraction Method: Cold Pressed/Expressed Aroma: Fresh, citrusy, lightly floral, green and subtly spicy

Aromatic use: Add three to four drops of Bergamot essential oil to the diffuser of your choice. Topical use: Apply one to two drops of Bergamot oil to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

For Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water. For Topical Use: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. For Massage: Add 4–6 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the body. For Bath Use: Mix 3–4 drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base before adding to warm bathwater. Do not add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath. For Home Fragrance: Add a few drops to potpourri, aroma stones or suitable natural cleaning and room-freshening formulations.
