For Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser filled with the manufacturer-recommended amount of water. For Energising Diffusion: Combine 2 drops of Spearmint Oil with Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Rosemary or Lavender Essential Oil for a bright and refreshing atmosphere. For Topical Use: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5–10 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to a small area of skin. For Hair and Scalp Care: Add 1–2 drops to 15 ml of coconut, jojoba, argan or another suitable carrier oil. Massage gently into the scalp, avoiding the face and eyes, and wash thoroughly after the desired application time. For Massage: Add 3–4 drops to 30 ml of sweet almond, jojoba, fractionated coconut or another suitable carrier oil.
