For Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water. For Topical Use: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. For Massage: Add 4–6 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the body. For Facial Care: Add 1 drop to 10 ml of jojoba, rosehip or another suitable facial carrier oil. Apply sparingly after performing a patch test. For Meditation: Diffuse alone or combine with Frankincense, Myrrh, Cedarwood, Sandalwood or Lavender during meditation, yoga or quiet reflection. For Bath Use: Mix 2–3 drops thoroughly with a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base before adding to warm bathwater. Never add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath.
