For Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water. For Energising Diffusion: Combine 2 drops of Ginger Oil with Sweet Orange, Lemon, Bergamot or Peppermint Essential Oil for a bright, stimulating aroma. For Topical Use: Dilute 1 drop in 5 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. For Massage: Add 3–5 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the desired areas. For Post-Activity Massage: Blend 2 drops of Ginger Oil with 2 drops of Black Pepper or Cypress Essential Oil in 30 ml of carrier oil. For Hair and Scalp Care: Add 1–2 drops to 15 ml of coconut, jojoba, argan or another suitable carrier oil. Massage gently into the scalp and wash thoroughly after use. For Bath Use: Mix 1–2 drops thoroughly with a tablespoon of carrier oil, unscented bath base or suitable cosmetic solubiliser before adding to warm bathwater. Never add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath. For Natural Perfumery: Use sparingly as a warm spice note in woody, citrus, oriental, gourmand and masculine fragrance compositions.
