For Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water. For Facial Care: Add 1 drop to 10 ml of jojoba, rosehip, argan or another suitable facial carrier oil. Apply sparingly to clean skin after performing a patch test. For Topical Use: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5–10 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. For Massage: Add 3–5 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the desired areas. For Body Care: Add 2–3 drops to 30 ml of an unscented body oil, lotion or cosmetic base. For Meditation: Diffuse alone or combine with Frankincense, Lavender, Cedarwood or Sandalwood during meditation, yoga or quiet evening rituals. For Personal Fragrance: Dilute 1–2 drops in 10 ml of jojoba oil or a suitable perfume base and apply sparingly to pulse points.
