Each offer identifies its qualifying products, dates, minimum spend, limits and any code needed. Eligibility and the final benefit appear at checkout. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, benefits do not stack; the checkout applies the best eligible offer under the current programme rules. A promotional price does not remove statutory product guarantees.

Your account and the privileges page show the current purchase-based tiers and benefits. Qualifying spend, the assessment period, exclusions and any return hold are shown in programme information. Benefits are not cash or a bank balance. A return or cancellation can adjust qualifying spend and benefits according to the disclosed rules, without reducing a mandatory refund.

We may correct errors and change future promotions with appropriate notice. We will honour rights and express promises attached to accepted orders and will not retrospectively withdraw an earned benefit where that would be unlawful or unfair. Suspected fraud or misuse will be assessed proportionately, with a route to ask for review.
