Do not submit fabricated reviews, impersonate another person or publish someone else’s private information. A personal experience is not proof that a product treats a medical condition.
Moderation and publication
We may remove spam, threats, unlawful content, private data, irrelevant material or demonstrably misleading claims. We do not suppress an honest review solely because it is negative. If a review is described as verified, that label must be supported by a purchase verification process. Imported reviews must not gain a verification label merely because they were imported.
Permission and complaints
By submitting content for publication, you grant permission to display it for that purpose with the display name you choose, subject to applicable rights. You retain ownership of your original work. Contact us to report a moderation error, infringement or a privacy concern. Product or order complaints can also be raised directly through customer care.
